I created my own music for my Film Noir using GarageBand. I decided to use my own music because then I could choose exactly how it sounded and make it fit more to my film.

To create the institution and kidnapping scene's music I used Pad - Massive Trance Pad. I used four keys to create the low and high notes combined, to try and make it sound eerie. I wanted it to sound eerie to build tension at the start because it's quite a key moment in the film.
In the second scene, I wanted the sound to be quite simple but effective still. I decided to use just one instrument because I thought if I used more than one it could mask the sound of the voiceover, which is a big part in the scene. I used Soundscape - Event Horizon, which I thought fit well with the scene.
For the last section of my music I used Dreamy Bells. This was to create more tension in the last scene of my film when Nick and Willow are in the basement.
